When we recognize that we have sinned, we need to ask for forgiveness. According to the Bible, forgiveness is God's promise not to count our sins against us when we repent.
Romans 3:23
For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
Acts 3:19
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
The two types of forgiveness are:
1) when we sin and ask God for forgiveness and
2) when others sin against us and ask us for forgiveness.
Since humans like to sin, God sent his Son, Jesus Christ, to pay the atonement for our sins so that we may be saved if we will repent of our sins.
John 3:19
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
1 John 1:5
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
Acts 2:38
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
When we study the word of God and are educated in his truth, we learn about sin and why God hates sin. The Bible explains what sin is and lists the many sins that God will not tolerate. Once we know it is wrong and do it anyway, then we are a sinner.
James 4:17
Therefore, to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
1 John 1:6-10
6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
If someone hurts or offends you and asks for forgiveness, you must forgive them. Remember God forgave you when you repented of your sins.
Matthew 6:14-15
14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Grudges are a form of negative energy. Negative energy can make us sick. The best approach when someone will not ask for forgiveness is to first bring the situation to their attention. Maybe they are not aware of what they did. Then if they will not take responsibility for their actions, turn the matter over to the Lord. God says revenge is mine. Release it and have peace of mind. God is handling the matter and is in control. Do not take matters into your own hands.
Luke 17:3-4
3 Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.
4 And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
Romans 12:19
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
As long as we are in our flesh bodies and in the second world age, we will sin. As it states in Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.
God loves us so much that he sent his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to be the sacrificial Lamb to pay the atonement for our sins so that we may be saved. God does not want any of his children to perish but to have everlasting life in the kingdom of God.
So, when we sin, repent, and ask God for forgiveness. Turn from your evil ways and be a new person in Jesus Christ. When others sin against us, rebuke them so hopefully they will ask for our forgiveness. Then forgive them as God has forgiven us.
And know this that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father God in heaven.
Acts 4:12
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Come quickly dear Lord Jesus, come quickly. Amen.
Have you ever asked yourself the question, "Am I serving God? Jesus Christ served our Father God in heaven to accomplish God's plan of redemption for mankind. Jesus Christ served the people by educating them in God's truth. Many times Jesus gave examples of how to serve God rather than be a person who is served. He healed the sick, the lame, and the blind to give glory, honor, and praise to the almighty God. In the end, Jesus Christ shed his blood to pay the atonement for our sins so that we might be saved; and to defeat death who is Satan. (see Hebrews 2:14)
Matthew 20:28 New King James Version
Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.
The first step to serving God is to be faithful to God, to do the will of God, and to worship only God.
Luke 16:13
No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon (material wealth).
1 Samuel 12:24
Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.
Have a teachable spirit when studying the Word of God. Then you will learn the tools necessary to be a servant of God.
2 Timothy 2:15-16
15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
1) Learn the difference between the righteous servant and the wicked servant.
Malachi 3:18
Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
John 12:26
If any man serves me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serves me, he will my Father honor.
2) Learn to obey God's voice and do not change your mind no matter how great the persuasion is from people. Do what is right according to the Word of God when you serve him.
Deuteronomy 13:4
Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
3) When you serve God, do your best and do it enthusiastically. God dislikes murmuring.
Colossians 3:23-24
23 And whatsoever ye do; do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
1 Corinthians 10:10
Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were killed by the destroying angel.
4) Rely on the Holy Spirit when you serve God. He will show you the truth and things to come.
John 16:13
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
5) When you serve God, use your spiritual gift to plant seeds of truth and to edify the church of God.
God has given us spiritual gifts (read 1 Corinthians 12 for specific gifts) according to our abilities to edify the church of God.
1 Peter 4:10
As each hath received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.
6) Strive to be the greatest servant of God. God does not like lazy people, especially in business.
Matthew 23:11
The greatest among you shall be your servant.
Romans 12:11
Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord.
7) Be thankful when you serve God.
How many people thank God when they are appointed to service? Truly it is an honor to serve the living God.
1 Timothy 1:12
I thank him who has given me strength, Christ Jesus our Lord, because he judged me faithful, appointing me to service.
God will bless you and your house when you serve the LORD God as a righteous servant. (See Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy 28 for the blessings and the curses).
Joshua 24:15
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
Deuteronomy 28:1-2
1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.
We can be blessed or we can be cursed by God. We can be a righteous servant or we can be a wicked servant. It all depends on who we serve and the decisions we make in our daily life. Serve the living God and have peace. He loves us so much. His love and mercy sustain us. God gives us his gift of grace which helps us be the person God would like us to be so we can serve him. He is the potter and we are the clay.
Ephesians 2:8
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.
Isaiah 64:8
But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
When we study the Word of God, we find that God's love is represented in his plan of salvation for mankind. God wants our love and obedience so we can have eternal life in the kingdom of God.
1 John 4:16
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love, and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
Luke 12:31
But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
God sent his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to pay the atonement for our sins so that we might be saved and have everlasting life in the kingdom of God.
1 John 4:10
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
John 3:16-17
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
God wants our love and obedience. God wants to dwell with us in his eternal kingdom. We will be his people and he will be our God forever.
Hosea 6:6
For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.
John 14:15
If ye love me, keep my commandments.
Ecclesiastes 12:13
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
Revelation 21:1-7
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
Yes. God tells us to love mankind. God wants you to love your brother; to love your family, to love your enemies; to be kind to the unfortunate. The world can aggravate us in many ways. We are to be slow to anger and have self-control of our emotions. People are acting out and taking matters into their own hands. It is a dangerous world.
1 John 4:19-21
19 We love him, because he first loved us.
20 If a man says, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
Ephesians 5:33
Nevertheless, let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
Luke 6:35
But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.
Matthew 5:44
But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.
Proverbs 25:21-22
21 If thine enemy be hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he be thirsty, give him water to drink:
22 For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee.
Matthew 19:19
Honor thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
Deuteronomy 15:11
For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore, I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
Matthew 19:21
Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
This second world age is temporary and will pass away. Jesus Christ will return at the seventh trumpet. Remember Satan is the antichrist and returns at the sixth trumpet, the sixth vial, and the sixth seal. Do not be deceived by Satan. He wants you to enjoy the lusts of your flesh and the things of this world. Be ready for the big deception.
1 John 2:15-17
15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.
James 4:4
Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
God proclaims his love for us by stating in John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. God's love sustains us. His grace, love, and mercy are offered to us in his plan of salvation. God gives mankind a choice of eternal life or eternal damnation to hell.
Satan wants to keep God's truth from mankind by blinding the eyes of those that do not believe. It will be easy for Satan to deceive the whole world for man cares more for the things of this world than the wisdom of God.
Proverbs 4:7
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
Revelation 12:9
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Mark 16:16
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Wisdom: Why not love God and choose eternal life over eternal damnation to hell?
Because the LORD declares it in Exodus 15:3 "The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name."
When you type in https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/ and then type in the word 'WAR', it appears 220 instances. Almost the entire Old Testament is about wars.
Satan is an instigator and likes to cause chaos and confusion in the world. The entire bible is about Satan at war with God and his creation. His ultimate goal is to be worshipped as God in Jerusalem.
Satan will still have his supernatural powers when he arrives here on earth. He will use those supernatural powers to deceive the whole world by performing amazing miracles, solving the problems of the world through peace, not war, and by eliminating the debt of the world. Those people who worship Satan as God will have a comfortable life based on a flood of lies. All of this will happen as long as the world gives allegiance to him and worships him as God.
How can we be protected from Satan and his lies?
The bible says that we have been given power over all our enemies including Satan. BUT we must use the power and authority of Jesus Christ's name for the enemy to run from us.
Luke 10:17-19
17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.
18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Why do we need to put on the whole armour of God every day?
The whole armour of God protects us from the subtilty and the wiles of Satan. We are at war with Satan who wants to destroy us. He hates the creation of God. We need to have discernment between what is the truth of God and what are the lies and deception of Satan (antichrist).
Ephesians 6:11
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Read Pearls of Wisdom on this website or Ephesians 6:10-17 in the bible). We must spend time in the word of God to get educated on how the enemy operates.
Will you be deceived by Satan?
If you do not know how the enemy operates then you will not be ready when Satan comes to earth and impounds you with his lies, miracles, and temptations. You will be deceived. The bible says that the whole world is deceived by Satan except for those names written in the book of life.
Revelation 13:8
And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him (Satan), whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 20:15
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Revelation 12:7-9,12
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found anymore in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
Satan is not coming with a pitchfork and wearing apparel that looks like the Halloween devil. Satan wants to be worshipped in Jerusalem and will look and act like Jesus Christ. He comes in peaceably and prosperously to solve the problems of the world.
2 Corinthians 11:14
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
When Satan arrives, he is riding a white horse and carries a bow. On his head is a crown to reign as a king.
Revelation 6:2
And I saw and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow, and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
Question: If Satan appears looking like the Halloween devil costume, would the world worship him? Answer: Probably not.
That is why he is coming as an angel of light to bring peace and prosperity to this troubled world. Satan will still have his supernatural powers when he arrives on the earth. He will perform miracles to gain our trust. He will have the answers to the problems of the world. People will believe his lies, be amazed by the miracles performed, and will give him allegiance as their king because they are biblically illiterate. They were too busy to study the word of God (his truth). The world will worship him in Jerusalem. No one will be able to make war with Satan. He has all of the power in the world. Everything will be Peace, Peace, Peace.
Revelation 13:4
And they worshipped the dragon (Satan) which gave power unto the beast (the New World Order): and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him?
First, there will be a rejection of Christianity referred to as the apostasy.
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there comes a falling away first (apostasy), and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition (Satan);
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he (Satan) as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
People will believe that you can enter the kingdom of God by all religious beliefs or by being a spiritual person rather than believing only in the Son of God, Jesus Christ, for their salvation. People will listen to the traditions of men rather than checking out the doctrine of Jesus Christ and studying the word of God which is his truth.
John 20:31
But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.
John 3:17
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
1 John 2:22
Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
1 John 4:3
And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already it is in the world.
What happens to the people who will not receive God's truth so that they might be saved?
2 Thessalonians 2:10-12
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
When you worship Satan and become a spiritual whore, you will have to wait 1,000 years (the millennium of teaching God's truth to the lost). You will not be attending the marriage supper of the Lamb because you must be a spiritual virgin to attend the wedding.
Wisdom: Read Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 for the signs of the times. Don't worship Satan when he gets here and do not give allegiance to his one-world system; the New World Order. Remember: you will still be in your flesh body when you see Satan in Jerusalem claiming to be God.
When the true Jesus Christ returns at the second advent, you will be in your spiritual body. Remember this! Otherwise, you will be worshipping Satan, the false christ.
Ephesians 6:10
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Come quickly, dear Lord Jesus.
The bible says that a wise person will fear the Lord which is the beginning of knowledge. A person who despises wisdom and instruction is a fool.
Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
No. A wise person knows that all wisdom comes from God. God is included in their decision-making process through praying, reading the word of God, and waiting patiently for his answer. The answer from the LORD will either be yes, no, or wait.
A wise person has self-control and will hear and increase learning. The goal is to trust and reverence God. When we are obedient to his voice, God will neither forsake us nor destroy us. When we do leave God out of our life, we will not be successful. Our decisions are based on worldly desires, emotions, and pride. God sees the future and knows what is best for us.
Proverbs 1:5
A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels.
Proverbs 8:11-13, 32-36
11 For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.
12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.
13 The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
32 Now therefore hearken unto me (wisdom), O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways.
33 Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not.
34 Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.
35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD.
36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.
In the Strong's Concordance, the word sottish (#5530 Hebrew section) means foolish, stupid, senseless.
People are busy and do not have time to know the ways of the LORD. They are biblically illiterate and make decisions based on the desires of their worldly heart. They put their trust in man first and not in God. When everything has been tried and does not work then they might turn to God for assistance.
Jeremiah 4.22
For my people are foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, and they have no understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.
The word of God is God's truth. Wisdom speaks to us through the word of God. She speaks to us as we read the bible. By taking the time to read the word of God, you will learn the difference between right and wrong.
Begin with the ten commandments. You will also learn how to be obedient and pleasing to God.
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
James 4:17
Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
Isaiah 5:20-21
20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!
Revelation 4:11
Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
Proverbs 4:7-13
7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
8 Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.
9 She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.
10 Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.
11 I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths. 12 When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble.
13 Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.
Wisdom will protect you and watch over you.
Proverbs 4:6
Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.
God has given us wisdom in the bible to make good, sound decisions. When we get wisdom and get understanding then we will know what the will of God is for our life. When we please God then He blesses us.
Life is a challenge. How we meet those challenges is up to us. We can have a life full of heart ache or a life that is blessed by God. Why not ask God for wisdom so you will have knowledge and understanding of his ways. Do the will of God and not your own will.
Learn the principles in the bible, obey the commandments of God, and live a clean, righteous, and just life. Over time, you will see a difference as God blesses you and directs your paths.
Proverbs 4:10
Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.
In Psalms 55:22 it reads: "Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to fall."
A burden can be a grievous problem, an anxiety, a physical or mental pain, stressful situations, or any concerns that are worrisome. We are to give our burden to the LORD for he will help us. He will never let the righteous to fall. God loves us and wants to give us peace of mind.
1 Peter 5:7
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
God has a plan and a purpose for his creation. He is getting us ready for the eternal kingdom of God if we will be obedient to his voice.
But we must first go through perilous times. Evil is getter worse because the world has forgotten God. People worship the world and what it has to offer in riches and fame. Science is playing God and thinks it has the solution to our problems. We are not the creator but the creation.
Romans 1:25
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
2 Timothy 3:1-7
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
The King James Bible says a time of trouble such as never was in the world. The four horsemen are riding. Read Revelation 6:1-8.
Read Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21.
Matthew 24:3
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the age?
Daniel 12:1
And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
We know that Satan's spirit wanders the earth looking for an open vessel to devour and do his evil deeds. Satan, who is our accuser, hates God's creation. Satan represents chaos and confusion. He will use unaware people to bring about wars, civil unrest, mass shootings, drug cartels, human trafficking, family break-ups, burglaries, aggravated assault, fraud, to name a few evil deeds.
1 Peter 5:8
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.
Job 2:2
And the LORD said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
Consider these questions.
1) Who can God trust as a faithful and loyal servant?
2) Who can God use as an instrument as he sees fit to accomplish his plan and purpose?
3) Who will stand firmly on the True Rock, which is Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour, and not waver when the world worships Satan in Jerusalem?
4) Who will be ready when God calls them to fight in Jesus Christ's army against the darkness of Satan and his army of fallen angels?
5) Who will be a spiritual virgin when Jesus Christ returns at the seventh trumpet and attend the Marriage Supper of the Lamb?
God is always in control. Perilous times are bringing more worrisome and problematic situations to the world. Trials can be difficult and cause anxiety. Trials can also give us experience and build our faith and trust in God so he can use us as an instrument as he sees fit. When you have a burden remember Psalms 55:22 "Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to fall."
John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Mark 11:22
And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
In the King James Version (KJV) Strong's Concordance Greek section #1860, the word promise occurs in 50 verses in the KJV and means a commitment by someone to do or not to do something.
To reference Wikipedia encyclopedia, the word promise can be used as a noun or a verb. As a noun, promise means a declaration assuring that one will or will not do something. As a verb, promise means to commit oneself by a promise to do or give. It can also mean a capacity for good, similar to a value that is to be realized in the near future.
Acts 2:39
For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
The promise of an eternal kingdom of God would come through the throne of King David.
God made a promise to King David in 2 Samuel 7:13-16:
13 He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom forever.
14 I will be his father, and he shall be my son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:
15 But my mercy shall not depart away from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee.
16 And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established forever before thee: thy throne shall be established forever.
God declares that Jesus Christ will be given the throne of his father David and shall reign forever.
Luke 1:31-33
31 And, behold, thou (Mary) shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
To receive the promises of God, you must first seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness. As you study the Word of God, you will learn the promises of God. When you pray to God, you can claim those promises.
Matthew 6:33
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Claim God's Promise #1
Your part: you must make God your refuge and habitation.
God's part: God promises to keep you safe.
Read the entire Psalms 91
9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
Claim God's Promise #2
Your part: when you are in tribulation (great trouble or suffering), even in the latter days, turn to the LORD thy God, and be obedient to his voice.
God's part: God promises not to forsake you nor destroy you.
Read Deuteronomy 4:29-31
29 But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
30 When thou art in tribulation (great trouble or suffering), and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice;
31(For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he swore unto them.
Claim God's Promise #3
Your part: Stand firmly on the true "Rock" which is Jesus Christ. Have the seal of God in your forehead which is God's truth from the Word of God. Do not be shaken or deceived by false teachers and false doctrine. Do not be misled by the world and worship Satan at the sixth trumpet. Wait for the seventh trumpet which is the true messiah Jesus Christ. Remember at the sixth trumpet, Satan is coming as Jesus Christ to deceive the world because he wants to be worshipped in Jerusalem. The world will think Satan is the messiah to save them and take away the problems of the world.
God's part:
If you have the seal of God in your forehead and have not worshipped Satan, then you will be spared the strong delusion God is going to send mankind because they would not seek the truth of God and took pleasure in the unrighteousness of this world.
Read the entire 2 Thessalonians 2
8 And then shall that Wicked (Satan) be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Note: Study the Word of God so you will become familiar with the remaining promises and can claim them.
Some verses to help you get right with God so you can claim his promises. Remember: you need the Holy Spirit (the Spirit of truth) to help you understand God's truth which is the Word of God.
Acts 2:38
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
John 14:26
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Proverbs 3:5-7
5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD and depart from evil.
God has made many promises to us in the bible. He wants a relationship with us. He wants to see who cares and who does not care about the eternal kingdom of God. He wants to see faith, trust, and obedience from his people. Who will honor, glorify, praise, and love God? Claim the promises of God and be blessed. You will have peace of mind.
2 Corinthians 6:16
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
1 John 2:25
And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.
People are insecure and need affirmation. They have trouble making a stand for what is right based on the principles of the word of God. Most people have not read the word of God and so they are biblically illiterate and do not know the creator. They care more about what the world thinks rather than what God thinks. They would rather please the world than please God. They do not want confrontation or rejection in their life from the world.
People like to be praised and recognized for the good that they contribute to society. We like to be publicly rewarded and applauded for a job well done. Think about all the reward ceremonies on television. We like to be praised by men.
John 12:43
43 For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.
The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines double mindedness as
wavering in mind: UNDECIDED, VACILLATING
When confronted with a situation, a person needs to make a decision. The last thing a person needs is to have a reputation of being undecided or unstable. People cannot rely on you if you are double minded. When you are double minded, it is easier to go along with the decisions of the world than make a controversial decision based on the principles of the word of God.
James 1:8
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
1 Chronicles 16:25
For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised, and he is to be held in awe above all gods.
Psalms 95:3
For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.
Revelation 4:11
“Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”
2 Samuel 22:4
I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.
Deuteronomy 10:17
For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward.
Psalms 148:1-14 (the word praise is used 11 times in this Psalm).
Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights. Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts. Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light. Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens. Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created. He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass. Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps: Fire, and hail; snow, and vapor; stormy wind fulfilling his word: Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars: Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl: Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth: Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children: Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.
Psalms 150:2
Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.
Psalms 150:6
Let everything that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
Deuteronomy 10:21
He is your praise. He is your God, who has done for you these great and terrifying things that your eyes have seen.
Psalms 77:13
Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?
Psalms 99:3
Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.
Do your good works in secrecy where God can recognize and bless you. Only God is to be praised because he is a great God and has done great things.
Read Matthew 6 for examples of how we are to behave in public when we do good deeds.
When we are tempted to seek praise from people, remember this verse for we are so insignificant compared to God.
Job 38:4
Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if you have understanding.
Ecclesiastes 3:20
All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.
There is a correction coming from God in the near future. People have gone the way of what seems right in their own eyes. Eventually we will return to praising God as it should be. He is a great God and has done great things for us.
Proverbs 21:2
Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.
Romans 14:11
For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
We are the last generation. Many prophets and kings desired to live during this time. Let us honor, glorify, and praise God. The new kingdom of God is coming with Jesus Christ as King of kings and Lord of lords of this perfect government.
Psalms 86:8-12
8 Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.
9 All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.
10 For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.
11 Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.
12 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name forevermore.
You can choose the right path and be obedient to God which leads to the blessings of God or you can choose the wrong path and walk contrary to God which leads to the curses of God.
Deuteronomy 11: 26-28, 32
26 Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse;
27 A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day:
28 And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.
32 And ye shall observe to do all the statutes and judgments which I set before you this day.
The blessings and curses are written in the book of Leviticus 26 and the book of Deuteronomy 28.
Deuteronomy 28:15
15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee and overtake thee.
Because we have made the world our priority and are disobedient to God. We want fame and fortune. Money, money, and more money is our god. Spending time with God is a joke. We spend most of our day on social media, gossiping to our friends, accumulating things to impress others, and being mean spirited. We will do anything to compete to get noticed by anybody.
We have no time for God. We do not pray and thank him for the food on our table, the clothes on our back, and the shelter over our head. We have become insensitive to our surroundings.
1 John 2:15
Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
James 4:4
Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
When you die, you are not taking anything with you. So why live for today and burn in the lake of fire for eternity? Seems kind of futile (incapable of producing any useful result; pointless).
Revelation 20:15
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Haggai 2:8
The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.
Study the verses below for the curses have begun in the United States and will get worse and worse.
Leviticus 26:14-39
14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;
15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhors my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:
16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.
18 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.
19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:
20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.
21 And if ye walk contrary unto me and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.
22 I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your highways shall be desolate.
23 And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;
24 Then will I also walk contrary unto you and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.
25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
26 And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
27 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
CANNIBALISM
29 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.
30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
31 And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.
32 And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.
33 And I will scatter you among the heathen and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.
34 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies' land; even then shall the land rest and enjoy her sabbaths.
35 As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.
37 And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
38 And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
39 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies' lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Leviticus 26:40-42
40 If they shall confess their iniquity (sins or wickedness), and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;
41 And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
42 Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.
Time is running out. The world is more wicked now than it has ever been. The curses from God will get worse and worse. Then God's cup of wrath will be poured out on the world. For further reading, see the home page and study the section titled The Wrath of God.
Your eyes and ears are becoming accustomed to a gradual change. We are seeing and hearing things that we would not have accepted twenty years ago. We are being gradually indoctrinated to a lifestyle that has no boundaries, no shame, no sense of right or wrong. We are gradually accepting whatever the world wants us to see and hear. We have an attitude of "Oh well, what can we do about it?"
Proverbs 12:15
The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.
God created us with free will. He did not want to force us to love him. We were given eyes to see and ears to hear for spiritual discernment. We can make choices based on God's principles from the Word of God or we can choose to live by the way of the world. It is our choice.
Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
People are demonstrating no self-control over their emotions, their mouth, or their money. You cannot feel safe when you fly on a plane, shop in the stores, eat at restaurants, or even take your dog for a walk in the park or neighborhood. People are not tolerant anymore. You cannot make a mistake because you run the risk of retaliation from the person you offended. People are not respectful of the elderly. They are in the way and society does not need them anymore. There is no sense of shame or knowledge of right versus wrong.
Hit-and-run accidents on the streets have become the norm. There is no sense of guilt, responsibility for one's actions, or shame of the committed crime. It is an attitude of "catch me if you can". We are accepting bad behavior, profane language, explicit nudity, loud talking, and abusive manners. We have gradually accepted people who are uncaring, unholy, unthankful, unfaithful, and unloving. The more we associate with these types of people, we begin to act just like them.
2 Timothy 3:1-5
1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
Proverbs 13:20
He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
I Corinthians 15:33
Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.
We allowed it. We thought we knew better than God. We thought we could make up our own principles with no boundaries in order to have a happy life. We became lazy in life. We walked away from opportunities to correct the bad behavior that we saw and heard.
We are self-indulging with an attitude of entitlement. We believe we deserve what we see and desire. We have gradually accepted the smash and grab mobs; tolerating the noise from the street racing; the gun violence at our schools; the smell and sight of the homeless taking over our neighborhoods; and the uneasiness of being in the same company of a different race.
We have become materialistic; making our children our friends rather than being their parent; not researching and applying the Godly principles of how to be a giving spouse rather than a taking spouse; and finally, when things do not go our way over time, we stop communicating, quit the relationship, and move on to someone new.
We are having children out of wedlock, so we do not have to go through the custody courts and avoid splitting up the assets in a divorce battle. We have devised a shortcut to our miseries while taking our children with us. And so the cycle repeats itself with the next generation.
In the beginning, man was so evil that God regretted that he had created man. We are in the last days and again the world is so evil. The imaginations of human beings are so out of control. There are people committing acts of violence with no guilty conscience or retribution. Even animals are suffering at the hands of human beings.
Genesis 6:5-7
5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
Jude 1:15-16
15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.
Revelation 20:15
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Whether you are watching television, going to the movies, attending a concert, business event, or wedding, watching or participating in a parade, attending religious services, or relaxing at a restaurant or club; have you noticed that people are wearing less clothes? Perversion is becoming the norm. We have gradually accepted people wearing less clothes in public. Their message is "Look at me. I want attention."
Mark 8:36
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
Ecclesiastes 1:14
I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.
We have gradually accepted the ways of the world and God will chastise us for our evil ways. The Word of God says that the world will get worse and worse. Humans are a stiff-necked people and will not repent. Finally, God's patience is going to run out and his wrath is going to be poured out on this world.
2 Timothy 3:13
But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
Proverbs 15:3
The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.
1 Peter 1: 16
Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
What can you do?
1 Peter 5:8
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.
James 4:7
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Ephesians 6:11
Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Here is Wisdom:
No one escapes death and no one escapes the judgment of God.
Hebrews 9:27-28
27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
And so come quickly dear Lord Jesus. Come quickly.
There is an end time harvest coming when the good children will be separated from the children of the wicked one who is Satan, the devil. The good children will have the seal of God written in their forehead (the truth of God which is the Word of God). They will have their name written in the book of life. They will be able to enter into the kingdom of God and have eternal life.
The wicked ones who are called the tares do not have their name written in the book of life. They have not the seal of God in their forehead and will be destroyed in the lake of fire.
Matthew 13:30
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest, I will say to the reapers, gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
Matthew 13:36-43
36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;
42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
The laborers are followers of Jesus Christ and his testimony teaching the Word of God to anyone who will listen. The laborers plant good seeds of truth to the children of God. It is up to God to germinate those seeds of truth so they become believers.
Jesus told the disciples the harvest is great but there are not enough workers (teachers of the Word of God). So, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send those who will reap the harvest of souls for the kingdom of God. Jesus encouraged his followers, in addition to the work ahead of them, to pray for workers to join them.
Matthew 9:37-38
37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few;
38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest.
God the Father sent Jesus Christ to earth to defeat death who is Satan. Satan will be destroyed at the end of the millennium.
I Corinthians 15:54,57
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:26
The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
Hebrews 2:14
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he (Jesus Christ) also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he (Jesus Christ) might destroy him (Satan) that had the power of death, that is, the devil.
God is the God of the living, giving us eternal life in the kingdom of God in the third earth age. We are living in the second earth age waiting patiently for the true Jesus Christ to return at the second advent.
Matthew 22:32
I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.
Hebrews 10:31
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
Hebrews 3:12
Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
2 Corinthians 6:16
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
There are seven trumpets, seven seals, and seven vials. We are waiting for Satan and his 7,000 fallen angels to be kicked out of heaven to earth at the sixth trumpet. Satan represents the 6th trumpet, the 6th seal, and the 6th vial.
Revelation 12:18
Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six (666).
Revelation 12:7-12
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser (Satan) of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you (sixth trumpet), having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
When Satan arrives, the world will be in dire straits. The world will be ripe for the deception of Satan. We are biblically illiterate. We have forgotten God and lost our way. The four horsemen are riding and causing trouble in the world. Read Revelation 6.
Daniel 12:1
And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
The world will welcome Satan and his message. Satan's goal is to get you to worship him in Jerusalem as the messiah. He will look just like a messiah who performs miracles to help mankind. Satan will still have his supernatural powers.
Satan will be waiting for us to embrace him. He will have the answers to the horrific problems of the world if we give allegiance to him.
Revelation 12:9 says the whole world is deceived by Satan.
Satan wants you to think he is Jesus Christ coming to rapture you away from the horrific situation in the world.
Remember this: The sixth trumpet comes before the seventh trumpet. Satan arrives at the sixth trumpet before the true Jesus Christ arrives at the seventh trumpet. If you are still in your flesh body at the sixth trumpet, that is not the true Jesus Christ. You are looking at Satan, not the true Jesus Christ. So, wait for the seventh trumpet when you will be changed in the twinkling of an eye into your spiritual body to receive the true Jesus Christ. Do not be deceived. Wait for the seventh trumpet.
1 Corinthians 15:52
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump (the seventh trumpet): for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed (into our spiritual body).
The harvest is great; we need teachers of God's truth. Let us go into the world and plant seeds of truth for the Lord. If it is God's will, he will germinate those seeds of truth and give the people eyes to see and ears to hear.
Acts 28:27
For the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
In the Webster's American Dictionary of the English Language, 1828 the word mediator is defined as one that interposes between parties at variance for the purpose of reconciling them.
By way of eminence, Christ is the mediator, the divine intercessor through whom sinners may be reconciled to an offended God.
Christ is a mediator by nature, as partaking of both natures divine and human; and mediator by office, as transacting matters between God and man.
1 Timothy 2:5-6
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
We are sinners living in flesh bodies. Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. Jesus Christ is the only one that can bring reconciliation between man and God.
1 Corinthians 15:50
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
Romans 8:8
So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
The word "holy" is used 544 instances in the King James Bible. God is always referred to as holy.
Revelation 4:8
And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
Psalms 99:9
Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.

Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy.
The word "sinner" is used 21 instances in the King James Bible. Man is referred to as a sinner.
In referencing Webster's definition of sin:
SIN, n. The voluntary departure of a moral agent from a known rule of rectitude or duty, prescribed by God; any voluntary transgression of the divine law, or violation of a divine command; a wicked act; iniquity. Sin comprehends not action only, but neglect of known duty, all evil thoughts, purposes, words, and desires, whatever is contrary to God's commands or law.
Romans 3:10
As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one.
Romans 3:23
For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
John 9:31
Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
Luke 15:7
I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
There had to be a sacrificial lamb to pay the atonement for our sins to reconcile us with God. Jesus Christ was both divine and human and is the only one who could fulfill this role ordained by God. Jesus Christ knew no sin for God was in Christ.
1Peter 1:19-21
19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
2 Corinthians 5:15-21
15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
At the end of this world age, human beings who are overcomers (did not worship Satan at the sixth trumpet) and believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God are promised eternal inheritance. We can now stand before God clothed in white raiment and in the righteousness of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ, our mediator, will confess before God, and before the angels, the names written in the book of life to fulfill the promise of eternal inheritance.
Revelation 3:5
He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Revelation 20:12
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Revelation 20:15
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
John 5:24
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
SUMMARY
As long as we are in our flesh bodies and in the second world age, we will sin. As it states in Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
He is our mediator so that we could be reconciled to our holy God.
Acts 4:12
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
